Change Lead – Modern ERP Program

The Change Lead supports the development and execution of change initiatives across the organization. The role involves advising and assisting leadership, project teams, and stakeholders in designing and implementing effective change strategies that facilitate successful transitions. The Change Lead helps ensure that the impacts of change are managed effectively to maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance, aligning closely with the overall transformation objectives.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation roles.
- Experience working on large-scale change initiatives, ideally within cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to various change management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
Accountabilities:
Change Strategy & Design Support: Collaborate with the Manager Change to design tailored change management strategies that align with organizational transformation goals. Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to understand the effects of change on people, processes, and technology.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Assist in identifying and mapping key stakeholders, ensuring engagement plans are comprehensive and customized to stakeholder needs. Develop clear communication materials that convey key change messages to various audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams..
Change Delivery & Implementation: Provide support in executing change management plans, including coordinating efforts across project teams, departments, and external partners. Assist in integrating change activities into the project lifecycle, ensuring that they are aligned with project deliverables and timelines.
Training & Capacity Building: Collaborate with the Training Lead to ensure that training programs meet the needs of employees affected by the change.
Help design and deliver training sessions and workshops, supporting the development of employee capabilities related to new processes or systems.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, using metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the change.
Provide regular updates to senior leaders, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Risk & Resistance Management: Support the identification and assessment of risks related to the change, helping develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Assist in addressing resistance to change by providing guidance to managers and team leads on managing concerns within their teams.
