JobDescription:
- Attend mandatory courses andtraining sessions as required by the Ministry of Education orrelated authorities.
- Representing the Kindergarten inattending some events when required.
- Act as the PersonIn-Charge between the kindergarten and governmentauthorities.
- Maintain strong ties and foster positiverelationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance andsupport.
- Focus on maintaining compliance andgovernmental relationships.
- As a representative figurefor the Kindergarten, prioritizing regulatory alignment andupholding the institution's reputation.
- Commuting to theKindergarten is generally not required unless for specific,exceptional circumstances.

JobRequirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experiencein Early Childhood or Education related industry.
-Experience working as a Kindergarten Principal/ Advisor ispreferred.
- Willing to attend courses, training sessions,and events when required.
- Minimum of Diploma in EarlyChildhood Teaching and Leadership (DECCE-L) orequivalent.
- Familiarity with Singapore's Ministry ofEducation (MOE) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)regulations and guidelines is an added advantage.
-Adaptability to work collaboratively with government entities oract as aliaison.

Compensation:
-Work arrangement: WFH / Online
- Working hours: 1-2 daysper week (subject to company arrangement)
- Salarypackage: Fixed Basic Salary
