Position Overview

LOOK CAPITAL is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to work closely with our Relationship Managers. The individual will coordinate with internal teams and external service providers, assisting our Relationship Managers to deliver superior experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Data Management: Assist client managers with multidimensional client data management and provide data analysis results as required by the client managers.
  2. Support Client Account Openings: Assist client managers in handling account opening processes, swiftly and accurately preparing application forms. Communicate and coordinate with various departments and teams of partner institutions to follow up on the progress of account openings, ensuring a smooth process.
  3. Client Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing client events, including online seminars, closed-door roundtables, and exclusive activities.
  4. Internal Communication and Coordination: Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless interaction between the Relationship department and other departments.
  5. External Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers such as private banks, lawyers, and trust companies to meet the comprehensive needs of our clients.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
  2. Fluent in both Chinese and English is required in order to process documents and liaise with counterparties in both languages.
  3. Effective communication and coordination skills.
  4. Highly meticulous and patient, capable of carefully checking and verifying materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
  5. Accountability of own work, proactively solving problems, and maintaining high work efficiency.
  6. Experience in similar capacity or finance industry is preferred.
