Job Description: As a Lead / Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the SEA market.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regional experience is highly preferable.
  • Creative, Fun and Vibrant character
