Roles & Responsibilities

Invoicing:

  • Track shipping schedules, outstanding payments, and necessary documentation.
  • Create invoices and packing lists for trade transactions.

Documentation Management:

  • Manage import and export documentation between suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare documents for submitting export Letters of Credit (L/C) and collection bills to banks.
  • Issue import Letters of Credit (L/C) to overseas suppliers.
  • Review export Letters of Credit (L/C) issued by international customers.

Claims Handling:

  • Process debit and credit notes for suppliers and customers related to claims.

Customer Relations:

  • Coordinate with overseas offices for sales and procurement activities.
  • Work closely with the Order Management Team to manage sales and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with bankers on trade finance matters.

Requirement:

  • At least 1 year experience in handling shipping documentation
  • Diploma/ Degree in Shipping/Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Positive work attitude
  • Good team player
