Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities include the following:

To perform some of the following scans:

• Perform CT and/or MRI scans

• X-ray

• Mammogram

• Bone Mineral Density scan

• Ultrasound


• To coordinate patient’s scan and provide proper instruction to the patient;

• To participate in after-hours duty as per required;

• To ensure the safety of the patient while performing the duty;

• To help to do post processing of the scan in MRI and/or CT;

• To supervise Junior Radiographer;

• To ensure the maintenance of the scanner e.g. QAQC of the various scanners is done properly.


Requirements:

• Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography or relevant.

• Experience in CT/MRI/Mammography/Ultrasound will be an advantage.

• Must be registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA) as a radiation worker.

• Must be registered with Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
