  • Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
  • Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
  • Update customer information in the database.

The Talent

  • Minimum O levels
  • Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in telemarketing/telesales/sales/customer service is a strong advantage
  • Good communication skills in English. An added second language is an advantage, to speak with non-english speaking customers
  • Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales
  • Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
