The Responsiblities and accountablities for the position will be;

  1. Adhere to regulatory requirements (such as EduTrust, ERF, etc.)
  2. Follow-up matters pertaining to EduTrust and ERF
  3. Ensure all performance outcomes reports are inplace and timely
  4. Coordinate quality meeting
  5. Documents control
  6. Process quality control
  7. Gather customer feedback to inform sales and operational teams
  8. Ad hoc duties from Supervisors
