Roles & Responsibilities

ec2.sg (Empower, Connect, Courage)

ec2.sg is a community mental health programme for youths aged between 12 to 25 years old. eC2 aims to promote mental resilience by empowering youths to take charge of their mental health by connecting them to available resources and instilling courage in them to seek help and engage with the community.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online and Face to Face counselling sessions for youths
  • Design, implement and conduct Groupwork and Interest Based Groups for youths
  • Conduct talks and workshops
  • Case Management for clients
  • Maintain and document records of case sessions
  • Administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Degree/Masters in Counselling
  • Passionate in working with youths
  • Must be IT savy
  • Must be comfortable with using technological related tools / online communication (primary method of service delivery)
  • Have good interpersonal and administration skills
  • Must be Good with Excel
  • Strong team player with excellent organisational skills
