About the role

The Finance & Human Resources Executive/Manager will report directly to the General Manager and provide finance, human resource and facility management support.


Responsibilities

· Oversee daily financial operations, including manage accounts, liaisie with outsourced bookkeeping company, and prepare financial reports.

· Manage budget preparation, financial forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

· Track donation received, issue tax deductible /non-tax-deductible receipts, and manage IRAS submission.

· Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation planning.

· Administer HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and training.

· Support employee engagement and ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.

· Oversee facility management and ensure proper functioning of office infrastructure.

· Assist with general office duties and support General Manager on administrative works.


Job Requirement

· Diploma / Degree from an accredited institution

· Proven experience in finance and HR

· Proficient in MS Office and HR software

· Ability to work independently and as part of the team
