Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and review the undergraduate and postgraduate intake with NTU Colleges/Schools.
- Plan and drive NTU's annual performance management reporting to MOE, and the Quality Assurance Framework for Universities (QAFU) exercise which takes place once every few years.
- Establish and review the Student Academic Integrity Benchmarks and Procedures.
- Serve as custodian of Student Discipline Policy & Procedures across Colleges, Schools, Departments and Offices.
- Drive the planning, organisation and co-ordination of convocation ceremonies.
- Ensure good governance in managing student data, and drive data analytics of student data to enable informed decision making on academic and student related policies and processes.
- Drive the review of SASD's strategic plan and manage SASD's budget.
Requirements
- A good university degree, preferably Master's degree in business administration or related fields.
- At least 15 years' of management experience preferably in the tertiary education sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and critically.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and allocate resources effectively.
- Able to adapt to changes quickly and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in numerical analysis to derive insights that can improve strategies, polices and processes.
- Capable of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, to rally support from diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex matters to diverse stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills.
