Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview
The Sales Support and Integration Engineer role is a standalone role responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our AI solutions with client systems and providing top-notch support to our sales and business development teams. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes training site engineers, IT staff, and clinicians on the effective use of company products.


Key Responsibilities

· Integration Management: Oversee the integration of products with client systems, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation processes including system integration with hospital’s PACs server or radiologist workstation

· Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to the sales team and clients, addressing any issues related to product performance and integration.

· Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for site engineers, IT staff, and clinicians to ensure effective use and understanding of company products.

· Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the sales team, clients, and technical support staff, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.

· Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve integration and support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of integration processes, support issues, and resolutions.

· Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support to ensure their success with company products.

· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Business Development, Product Development, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure alignment and support for overall company goals.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration).

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or medical imaging industry.

· Strong technical background with experience in hardware support and system integration.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

· Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for diverse groups, including site engineers, IT staff, and clinicians.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
