Cleaning Specialist Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • To assist on site visits and report to the Senior Supervisor and/or Operations Team.
  • To assist in site management, preparing Job Completion and Site Visit reports.
  • To assist in hiring local and foreign workers for new and existing sites, including picking up calls from potential candidates.
  • To manage workers and handle client issues.
  • To source for replacement workers and arrange workers’ schedules.
  • To assist with client feedback and resolve issues on the ground.
  • To lead a team of workers to complete the assigned ad-hoc site(s) or job(s).
  • To handle worker onboarding which includes contract signing, job scope handover and workers’ training(s).
  • To assist on cleaning tasks assigned when needed or cover duties in times of manpower shortage.
  • To assist in inventory management and delivery of equipment to sites.
  • To take up ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Team.

Requirements

  • All candidates are welcome to apply.
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking workers.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately is preferred.
  • Working Hour(s) in Office: Monday to Saturday, 7am-7pm
  • Contactable out of working hours and standby to resolve urgent issues.
