Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
  2. Wash kitchen equipment and assist in equipment replacement as required.
  3. Keep stewarding area clean and organized.
  4. Aid in weighing and mixing sourdough bread doughs.
  5. Clean and arrange bread bannetons.
  6. Manage inventory of packaging materials and assist in box folding.
  7. Assist in packing finished products.
  8. Clean ovens and kitchen equipment.
  9. Occasionally clean restroom facilities.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of Marymount Bakehouse.

Priority on Full Time Position

Part Timers Welcome.
