Singapore FOUR LEAVES PTE. LTD. Full time

37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)

7am-4pm (Every 4days work, 1day off)

Gross salary up to $2,400 per month (based on individuals' work performance)

Job Scope:

  • Manages all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the Central Kitchen.
  • Assist in preparations of breads & other items.
  • Follow proper handling & right temperature of all food products.
  • Monitoring, checking & receiving stocks for baking ingredients.
  • Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat & hygienic manner.
  • Practice good housekeeping & workplace/ kitchen safety awareness.
  • Ensure compliance of all safety standards in bakery functions.
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as & when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Baking (Central Kitchen) environment will be an added advantage.
  • No experience applicants are also welcome as training will be provided.
  • Physically fit & able to carry heavy loads.
  • Must be able to adhere to health & safety regulations.
  • Possess a food & hygiene cert will be a plus
