As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the safety and security of businesses and individuals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Develop Prospects: Utilize various sources, including leads, referrals, networking events, and online research, to identify potential customers in need of our security solutions.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Present and Demonstrate Solutions: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our security products and services to potential customers through product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
  4. Close Sales and Achieve Targets: Drive the sales process from initial contact to successful closure, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  5. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  6. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain Sales Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the security solutions industry. Candidates with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be given preference.
  2. Knowledge of Security Solutions: Familiarity with various security products and services, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and cybersecurity solutions, is a plus.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  5. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques to close deals and manage client expectations.
  6. Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative to drive results.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales software, CRM tools, and other sales-related technologies.
  8. Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
