Business Development Manager( Crypto Industry/ Full Sales Cycle/ Pro API Solution)

Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As the main revenue driver for the company, you will oversee the entire sales process from initial outreach, pitching, negotiations, and contracting to post-sales client management. Your role will also include handling general sales inquiries related to our crypto data Pro API solution, advertising, and other related propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and post-sales support.
  • Inquiry Handling: Address general sales inquiries for our crypto data Pro API solution, advertising, and other related products.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of Pro API and advertising services.
  • Client Communication: Act as the liaison between clients/partners and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and manage operational matters.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress and forecast reports using key account metrics.
  • Client Relationship Expansion: Strengthen relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that align with their goals.
  • New Sales Generation: Play a crucial role in generating new sales that develop into long-term relationships, ensuring ongoing revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Develop proposals and business plans to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in providing customer-focused solutions within the crypto industry, with a strong network in the crypto space.
  • Fluent in English at a native level; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with professionals at all levels.
  • A genuine passion for the crypto industry.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and their functionality.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
