Roles & Responsibilities

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

Public Relations (PR) and Media Relations

  • Create PR materials, such as press releases, media kits, and pitches to distribute to the media
  • Lead PR efforts to enhance the company's public image and reputation
  • Develop and implement PR campaigns, including press releases, media pitches, and crisis communication plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and publisher to secure press coverage
  • Arrange interviews, press conferences, and media appearances for the company
  • Monitor news coverage and mentions of the company, and proactively address any negative or damaging information
  • Manage marketing inventory for communication materials (social media, print, merchandising etc.)

Marketing

  • Content creation and copywriting for online and offline marketing
  • Produce social media content to drive reach, engagement & lead generation
  • Plan and execute engaging social media initiatives to grow followers, increase engagement, and raise awareness about what we do
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, IG/FB stories and reels, that resonate with the target audience, drive engagement and increase traffic.
  • Ensure our website are regularly updated
  • Develop marketing plan, communication and advertising strategies to achieve targets set by the Management
  • Explore and manage new channels to increase reach and target our audiences more effectively
  • Brainstorm ideas, plan & implement tactical promotions: Partnership promotions, all related F&B promotions
  • Plan & facilitate in-house event / promotions
  • Support the development of presentation material packages for internal and external communications
  • Conceptualize and execution of events, including handling logistics
  • Measure and report performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications channels, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Recommend action plans to drive continuous improvements in future campaigns
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Good command of English (Verbal and Written), and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making
  • Independent, self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms, and their best practices.
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimisation.
