Global Technology Assistant Manager - SAP SD MCB

Consultants (Information & Communication Technology)1) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide suitable solutions in S/4 HANA Client to Cash process2) Coordination with project team stakeholders, business, and SAP functional/technical resources in designing and implementing solutions3) Create design documents Functional specifications4) Collaborate with development teams in designing solutions, enhancements and provide functional inputs and Test solutions and provide support to business in test cycles5) Work independently with the client, understand the business process, provide design related recommendation, proactively participating and addressing the design issues6) Demonstrate expertise in integrating SD module with other S/4 HANA modules like FI, PS, MM etc. and interfacing other 3rd party applications7) Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations Order to Cash Process and enabling technologies end to end8) Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrenceRequirements1) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline2) At least years of experience in end-to-end Implementation, Roll out and Support projects in SAP SD on SAP S/4 HANA.3) Expert knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution module4) Experience in SAP PS module5) Good knowledge on BRF+ configurations, IDOCs, workflowsPreferred Qualifications:1) Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills2) Able to understand and adhere to change management procedures3) Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services4) Ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales5) Capable of taking ownership of tasks from start to endDescription
