Job Description:

The associate position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to supporting the small business community. If you are organised and confident, this position can allow you to be involved in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work. As a corporate secretarial associate, you will assist clients in managing their portfolios and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position has the potential for further career development and offers professional challenges and benefits.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the incorporation and registration of Singapore companies
  • Handle all aspects of client’s company secretarial matters
  • Assist with customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring of client profile)
  • Maintain statutory register records and minute books
  • Preparation of board resolutions and members’ resolutions
  • Assist with corporate bank account opening
  • Preparing and filing notifications with ACRA
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory reporting requirements of the Companies Act
  • Support of employment pass application with the Ministry of Manpower

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder from Business & Administration or equivalent
  • Candidate who is looking to start his/her career in the corporate governance field
  • Meticulous and willing to learn new skills and processes
  • Comfortable attending to phone calls and conference calls with clients for discussion of company secretarial matters under the guidance and supervision of the departmental manager
