Job Scope:
Customer Service
- Attend to counter duties and answer phone calls.
- Pack and stock up stationery items.
- Maintain the upkeep of the general office and office equipment
Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings
- Follow up with staff on delivery orders and certificates to help process invoices
- Source for vendors and liaise with them the procurement procedure
- Prepare reports / correspondence
Academic Support
- Process students' leave of absence applications
- Upload students' CCA points
Events Administration (School, Cluster, students, staff, outreach, industry and alumni engagemement events etc)
- Liaise with staff, vendors, cleaners and reps from other dept on event set-up
- Follow up with RSVP and generate guest list
- Take photographs for the event / activities
- Handle the registration
- Provide logistic support
Attend to any other tasks as assigned.
Contract Period:
1 May 2024 to 31 Mar 2025
Requirement:
Diploma & above with no experience
Able to begin work from 1 May 2024
Salary:
$1800/mth

9am to 6pm (subject to supervisor's requirement)
