Overview:

Our esteemed Healthcare client is seeking a Management Trainee to join them and support the Secretary team and working closely with Senior Management to provide comprehensive logistical, administrative, and personal support. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across various departments on diverse projects, gaining hands-on experience and targeted training. With opportunities for rotational exposure to different functions, this position offers a robust foundation for future career growth in the healthcare


Job Description:

  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for senior management.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries.
  • Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain a structured filing system for important documents, reports, and records.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate internal and external events, conferences, and board meetings.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budget & Expense Management: Support budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting tasks.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
