Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

  • Restructure Hospital Setting
  • Work Location: Queenstown
  • 6 months contract (renewable)

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
1. Accountability for Monthly Reporting:
o Prepare and deliver accurate monthly workload and revenue reports.
o Ensure timely submission of workload reports to relevant stakeholders.
o Prepare and delivery of Executive Information System (EIS) report as scheduled.
2. Data Management and Analytics:
o Extract and analyse workload data from reports prepared by Data Science & Analytics team.
o Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using extracted data.
o Refresh the monthly financial dashboard in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
o Extract patient statistics for the Group Data Science & Analytics team for database maintenance.
o Clean up and manage closed IOs (Internal Orders) in the system.
3. Financial Asset Management:
o Assist in Site Finance Fixed Asset Sighting, ensuring all assets are accounted for and properly recorded.
4. Ad Hoc Data Analysis:
o Perform ad hoc data extraction and reconciliation tasks as required by the team or management.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis when appropriate.
5. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data used in reports and dashboards.
o Implement and maintain data quality checks and balances.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify and suggest improvements to existing reporting processes and data management system.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work effectively with various departments to gather necessary data and information.
o Clearly communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business (preferably Accountancy)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data visualization tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team in dynamic environment.
  • Resilient character and confident in management of ambiguity.
