Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter with experience in B2B sales, preferably with door-to-door experience, to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them to expand our clientele base. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Hunter will be working with a series and suites of digital products created by the company and to support the team in reaching the KPIs.


Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits.
  2. Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends to tailor sales pitches and presentations accordingly.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to facilitate the sales process.
  5. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
  6. Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  9. Continuously seek out new opportunities for business growth or market segment.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue new leads with resilience and determination.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is preferred.
  2. Experience in door-to-door sales is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Resilience and ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary and commission structure based on performance. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

  1. Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate a specified number of new leads and opportunities each month.
  3. Conversion Rate: Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
  4. Activity Metrics: Meet or exceed activity goals including calls, meetings, and presentations per week.
