Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities


  • Perform Level 1 corrective maintenance, both onsite and remotely.
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
  • Install, configure, maintain and support gaming systems, equipment, and machines either remotely or onsite.
  • Assist with assignments and special projects as requested (local or overseas), ensuring operational efficiency and minimal customer downtime.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by prioritizing and addressing service issues based on their severity and customer importance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs.
  • Create and update service tickets using the Footprints system.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with teammates.


Specifications


  • Diploma/ITE/Certificate or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Computer System Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related electronics industry or a Gaming Technician background is advantageous.
  • A valid Class 2B or Class 3 driving license is required.
  • Willingness to work on alternate weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to travel overseas when required.
