Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for deploying Smart Home solutions to customer homes.
  • Provide on-site consultations with electrician / ID / Client
  • Setup up and install smart home devices
  • On-site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system
  • Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
  • Setup rules and logic for smart home system
  • Providing customer support
  • Building positive customer relationships
  • Setup Networking solutions within the client's home
  • Engage & manage vendors for on-site implementation
  • Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of ITE, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Basic electrical knowledge like changing wall switches, light strips connections etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of Smart Home solutions will be an advantage but not required
  • Understand and have experience in networking set-up
  • Able to use basic MSOffice/Google docs/sheets
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
  • Training provided
  • Small team that is easy to work with
