Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and professional Assistant Sales Manager to join our cleaning business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining existing sales, and creating new revenue opportunities. In addition, the candidate should possess the flexibility to self-drive Class 3 and 4 vehicles when necessary to assist with on-site operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle client accounts and ensure smooth sales processes.

Retain and manage relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

Create new revenue streams by acquiring new clients and expanding the customer base.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Maintain high standards of professional ethics in all client interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.

Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

Ability to develop new business and retain existing customers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving licenses are an advantage.

Professional, ethical approach to business dealings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


Education and Experience:


A diploma or degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or client management roles.

Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus.
