IT Project Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Executive to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in driving successful project outcomes. This role requires effective collaboration, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting Support:

  • Prepare and organize presentation materials and updates for PMO meetings.
  • Serve as the secretariat, ensuring accurate documentation and communication of meeting outcomes.

Project Progress Tracking:

  • Collaborate with the PMO and Contractors to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain clear and concise records of project activities and milestones.

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling by working with diverse teams.
  • Develop and refine project guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.

Testing and Reporting:

  • Participate in project testing activities, gather test results, and compile comprehensive reports using provided templates.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative and logistical support, including documentation, filing, and other paperwork as needed.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Track project risks and issues, ensuring timely identification and resolution to mitigate impact on project timelines.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Qualifications:
