Position: HR & Admin Assistant
Working Location: Central
Working Hour: Monday-Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities
HR Role
- Reporting to the Manager
- Handle operational HR matters
- Required to update and accurate maintenance of digital and electronic internal employee records.
- Supporting work pass application processes for foreign workers with liaising with government parties
- Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues if required.
- Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs
- Assisting with external payroll processing, calculating of timesheet
- Supporting new hire onboarding and exiting process for internal employees
- Ability to perform payroll tasks related to the input and reconciliation of timekeeping data, new hires, terminations, salary changes, compensation, and benefits payouts, in accordance with established operating procedures and deadlines
- Maintaining Medical claim & leave records.
- To prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliation
Admin Role - Replenish of pantry supplies
- Ordering of Stationery
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Organise company events
- Answering of incoming calls
Requirements
- 1 years of working experience in the related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, possess interpersonal skills, good team player and resourceful to meet every task to be completed by the deadline
- Meticulous and sharp attention to detail
- Strong passion for building a great place to work
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Full understanding of payroll practices
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
