About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Creo Medical Team in Singapore. To establish Creo Singapore as a direct sales office, the candidate role is responsible for sales and marketing activities within Singapore market. The candidate will need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in the medical sales industry and understand the purchasing process for both government and private hospitals. The candidate’s responsibilities are as follows,Key Responsibilities

Sales

Establish, develop, and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in the medical device or healthcare sector to achieve sales and market share growth.To implement segmentation and targeting of Creo Medical product target customersGenerate sales pipeline and forecastPlan efficient territory coverage using updated sales & customer data to achieve sales targetsDevelop new accounts actively and follow up with existing accounts to maintain relationsProduct training

To organize and support animal labs training for potential customersProvide excellent customer service and clinical application support to customersLiaise with local KOLs to ensure acceptance of products and take lead for development of CoEMarketing:Work with marketing to engage local society and participate in key local congresses or workshopAttend and support important local marketing & scientific events/congresses/workshops/conferences.

Office Administration and Logistics support :Coordinate and support local delivery and PO process to ensure products are delivered to end customers upon ordersWhat we are looking for

Not less than 5 years’ experience in the medical industryExperience in flexible endoscopy preferred.Good sales track record in clinical/hospitalStrong Singapore sales experience in hospital and clinic settingsFamiliarity with individual health cluster purchasing portal systems (e.g. Ariba, Sesami)To undertake any other duties that may be required, which are consummate with the post’s position within the company.Must have unrestricted Right to Work in SingaporeEducation and professional qualifications required:

Bachelor’s degree & above preferredNursing qualification is a plus.About us
