RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide interventions to enhance parents' capability and capacity in child development
  2. Assess and review the needs of children/caregivers for customisation of intervention
  3. Develop child-centric, family-focused case plans
  4. Facilitate learning opportunities for parents for parent-child interaction, with support of KidSTART Multi-Disciplinary Team (where required)
  5. Cultivate a positive relationship with caregivers to ensure that KidSTART strategies are imparted effectively
  6. Collaborate with community and social service agencies to provide the necessary support for families and children
  7. Support in the evaluation and monitoring of KidSTART programme
  8. Collect data for monitoring and reporting purposes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possess Degree in Early Childhood, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Counselling or equivalent
OTHER INFORMATION

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Relevent Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in the early childhood development or social service sector
