PM Group Singapore is looking to recruit an Administrator to provide daily support to the Client's process team.


Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Documentation, reports and meeting management
  • Support in areas of administration
  • Process documentation involving writing, editing, filing, updating, and formatting form in Word document


Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Competent/Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Experience as a document coordinator with strong administrative skills is preferred
  • Being methodical and attentive to detail
  • Personal accountability to see issues through to completion
  • Proactive/solution orientated approach
  • Good communication and presentation skills
