Full job description

On the lookout for a sociable individual with strong marketing skills and versatility to become a part of our marketing agency. Your role will be crucial in crafting and implementing marketing strategies for our clients. If you're a creative thinker who thrives on challenges, we invite you to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across various channels and platforms.
  • Design engaging visual content for social media including scheduling and curating client content for social media
  • Design engaging visuals and develop copywriting for marketing materials, presentations, website editorials and eDM campaigns including newsletters.
  • Edit WordPress websites including HTML

Qualifications:

  • Excellent time & project management skills
  • Social media platforms expert (Facebook, IG, TikTok, Little Red Book)
  • Ability to speak and write Chinese
  • WordPress (Required)
  • Google Suite (required)
  • Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop (Preferred)
  • Canva (Required)

Essential:

· Undergraduates who can commit for at least 5 months (May to September 2024) for a part-time internship.

· Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic who can thrive under pressure.

· Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.

· Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.

· Able to easily adapt to new challenges.

· Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow up with loose ends.


Learning Outcomes

· Gain broad and relevant experience in marketing that should prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment

· Hone your analysis skills to drive strong strategies

· Acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of how marketing strategies are implemented across the different market
