Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for Administrator to assist in administration operation.

Responsible to provide administrative support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all the functions of Office.

  • Assist in daily operation and office related administrative support matters
  • Perform data-entry and maintain efficient filing system for all documentations
  • Assist the Director daily tasks and follow-up closely
  • Run personal errands if required
  • Knowledge in some basic accounting
  • Able to work in small team environment
  • Other general administrative ad hoc duties assigned


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoints and Outlook.
  • Positive and results-drive, flexible, willing to learn, and can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
