Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the company.

Job Posting & Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website, to attract potential candidates.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage with top talent.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
