• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage with top talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the company, providing hiring recommendations based on thorough assessments.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent, including participation in job fairs, networking events, and online presence enhancement.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent to meet business needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a clear understanding of the roles to be filled, as well as the ideal candidate profiles.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with legal requirements and company policies, including equal employment opportunity regulations.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including coordination of pre-employment checks, documentation, and initial training.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment best practices.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
• Familiarity with industry-specific recruitment practices.
