Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with vendors to ensure timely logistics and transportation services.
  • Manage equipment procurement (e.g., gas detectors, protective gear, leased vehicles).
  • Oversee laboratory-related services.
  • Coordinate air-freighting of samples.
  • Process 3rd party invoices.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and assist with demand forecasting.
  • Handle billings and billing accrual processes.
  • Analyze sales and billing performance.
  • Maintain a register of sales and procurement contracts.
  • Provide timely reminders for contract renewals.
  • Enter metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
  • Extract relevant information from systems.
  • Present sales data effectively.
  • Arrange meetings, conference rooms, and travel logistics.
  • Compile and edit presentation details.
  • Assist in creating engaging presentations.
  • Manage corporate card expenses.
  • Process departmental invoices accurately.
  • Prioritize tasks for smooth workflow.
  • Meet internal and external client needs.

Requirement

  • Min. Degree holder
  • Min. 5 years working experience.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as able to collaborate in a team.
  • Approachable and demonstrates willingness to support
  • Prior experience in sales administration and proficiency in Microsoft CRM, SAP systems is advantageous.
