Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an all-rounded candidate who is able to handle both floor service and bar duties:

  • Greeting customers and serving customers - SERVICE WITH A SMILE
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages, clear and clean tables after customers leave
  • Assist in preparation of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including barista, following in-house recipes and SOPs. Training will be provided
  • Ensure bar area is kept clean
  • Assist in answering reservations via phone or email
  • Other ad-hoc duties
