Description

We’re an Automotive company seeking a driven Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of, and spearhead our paid advertising and SEO strategies. If you live and breathe Facebook Ads, are a whiz with Google Ads, and understand the interplay with SEO, then this is the role for you You’ll work independently with minimal hand-holding to drive success across nine websites, including four with seasonal traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Facebook Ads Expertise: Develop, execute, and relentlessly optimize Facebook ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Google Ads Mastery: Manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyse campaign data using analytics tools to identify trends, extract insights, and refine strategies.
  • Creative Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to our graphic designer to enhance ad creative effectiveness.
  • Weekly Check-in: Participate in weekly meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategic adjustments.
  • Creation: Create tactical posting on both video and posters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Facebook Ads Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Google Ads Wizard: Expert-level understanding of Google Ads, including various ad formats and optimization techniques.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • SEO Foundations: Working knowledge of on-site SEO best practices and technical SEO concepts.
  • Independent & Proactive: Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to thrive with minimal direction.
  • Editing: Possess editing and shooting skills for video and static postingsWhat you'll do :


- Key driver in digital marketing strategy, technology to directly impact business targets

- Measure and report on the performance of lead-generation marketing campaigns in B2C context

- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance accordingly

- Ideate optimising and launch a/b testing strategies to achieve lower CPL for clients and or business

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in maximising conversions

- Utilise data and market trends to help inform & direct campaign planning initiatives, guide marketing strategy and product enhancement

- Manage both internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals


What you should have :


- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, 1-2 years of experience in managing a performance marketing team

- Marketing agency experience is a plus

- Proven work experience as performance marketer/online ads, project management and stakeholder management

- Experience in a fast growth environment with exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills

- Ability to demonstrate strong communications, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
