Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client:

  • Automotive Industry
  • Changi South
  • Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • UP $5.5k Basic + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + VB + Flexi Dollars

Job Description:

  • Manage daily operations to improve service quality.
  • Ensure integrity and readiness of the Operations department.
  • Develop policies for maximum efficiency.
  • Train and motivate staff to meet standards.
  • Address problems and manage risks openly.
  • Streamline workflow for efficiency.
  • Act as escalation point for operational issues.
  • Prepare performance and budget reports.
  • Achieve financial goals and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • Min. 2 years in automotive equipment distribution working experience or equivalent.
  • Singaporeans only
