I am representing a dynamic startup dedicated to providing exceptional business solutions to startups and corporate clients alike with a focus on client satisfaction and innovation.
As a rapidly growing company in the startup ecosystem, we are seeking a driven and client-centric Business Development Manager who enjoys hunting for new leads, participating in networking events and making connections with people.
About the job
Reporting to the Founder, your core responsibilities will includes
- You would play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and brand building efforts and this is done by establishing and nurturing relationships with startup channel partners and corporate service providers to expand their client base.
- To Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business accounts
- and understand the organization's value proposition to potential clients and its unique needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, staying ahead of the curve in the startup ecosystem
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Leverage your existing network and connections to accelerate business growth and increase market share.
Skills and experience required
- Relevant business development experience with strong track records who is able thrive and work independently that is expected in a growing start-up environment
- Proactive self-starter with a drive to take initiative, meet targets, and contribute to setting new objectives for both personal and company growth.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment where individuals take ownership of their responsibilities.
