Are you passionate about driving growth and nurturing relationships? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales and Account Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads, supporting sales teams and merchants, and driving both new and upsell deals to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from diverse sources and ensure timely and effective follow-up.
  • Proactively close new deals by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies to guide prospects through our offerings and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising Operations to facilitate the closure of return and upsell deals, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales teams and merchants by addressing inquiries and providing necessary assistance.
  • Generate reports on lead numbers, pipeline status, and deals, offering insights and recommendations for action plans and forecasting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Recommend marketing plans and strategies to optimize lead generation and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years work experience, with proven records in inbound sales, account management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
