Assistant Manager for HR/Admin or Senior HR/Admin Executive

The Human Resource Executive is responsible for all people-related issues across the Group, including recruiting and selection, assisting in payroll related payment, training, performance, health and safety. This role encompasses a portion of administrative work which will be tasked from time to time.
The following responsibilities of the Assistant Manager / Senior Executive for HR/Admin:
- Act as a point of contact for all HR-related issues.
- Employee relationship Management
- Maintain proper filling of personal files, reports, and other relevant documents by updating, reviewing, and maintaining proper filling of personal files, reports, and other relevant documents; memorandum, and letter for HR related matters of the Group as needed.
- In the internal recruitment process, use recruitment strategies and collaborate with partners/vendors.
- Arrange interviews and subsequent onboarding, employee orientation and offboarding
- Review job references and credit checks on candidates
- Work Pass Management with relevant authorities
- Prepare various HR reports required by Management and various government bodies.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR Policies and adherence to regulation and market practices
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation
- Assist in BCM, ISMS, IA and CSA audit requirements
- Assist in liaising with the building management
- Assist in Administrative matters
- Any other ad-hoc matters as required by Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of experience in related job
Good communication skills, meticulous, organized and detailed
Able to multi-task and work in a face-paced environment
Able to work independently and is a good team player
