Role Overview

The Health Management Specialist, will be instrumental in supporting the Health division by supporting the project execution and delivery, preparing performance management reports, conducting market performance analysis, and providing insights. This role involves both regular business-as-usual (BAU) activities and strategic projects for the health division.


Key Responsibilities

BAU Activities (50%):

Performance Management Reports: Consolidate inputs from various stakeholders to prepare regular performance management reports, including Group Business Performance Review, Health Monthly reporting, and Group reporting. Frame strategic narratives based on these reports.

Market Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the Strategy team to prepare quarterly LIA market performance analysis, commenting on PACS’ Health performance relative to other insurance players.

BAU Activity Analysis: Support analysis for BAU activities across Health sub-divisions.

Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing materials for key meetings for the Chief Health Officer (CHO).

Ad-hoc Engagements: Support to all segments within the health division and prepare presentation materials for regular management/division meetings as well as management reporting.

Brainstorming Sessions: Participate in brainstorming sessions to address business problems and assist in developing comprehensive strategic and tactical plans to drive performance improvement and efficiency

Team Building & Engagements: Organize team-building events for the health division and participate in organization-wide engagements to spotlight the Health division.


Programme Implementation of Strategy (50%):

Project Deliverables: Support project deliverables and ensure all stakeholders understand the objectives and adhere to delivery timelines.

Project Management: Support project management activities across the projects to ensure timelines are on track and project objectives are aligned.

Project Engagement & Follow-up: Assist the team in preparing for key meetings with Health stakeholders, documenting, and following up on action items with internal and external stakeholders.

Budget Tracking: Ensure projects are tracking within allotted budgets.
