Job Title: Holistic Naturopath (Contract)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Holistic Naturopath to join our team on a contract basis. The primary focus of this role is to provide specialized naturopathic care to clients seeking mental health support. We are not looking for conventional naturopaths; rather, we need professionals who can integrate holistic practices that complement our clients' journey towards holistic well-being.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with our team of psychologists, counsellors, and other wellness professionals to integrate naturopathic care into clients' holistic treatment plans.
2. Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify clients' physical, emotional, and mental health needs online.
3. Develop personalized naturopathic treatment plans that address clients' mental incapacitation and promote overall well-being.
4. Offer guidance and support in implementing natural healing modalities such as herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, dietary changes, lifestyle modifications, and other holistic interventions.
5. Provide education and resources to clients on natural health practices, self-care techniques, and preventive measures to support mental and physical wellness.
6. Empower clients to take an active role in their health by promoting self-awareness, self-care, and empowerment.
7. Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and promote long-term well-being.
8. Stay informed about current research and best practices in holistic naturopathic care and mental health.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution.
2. Current licensure or certification as a Naturopathic Doctor in Singapore (where applicable).
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a naturopath, preferably in a mental health or holistic wellness setting.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of holistic approaches to naturopathic medicine and their application in mental health care.
5. Able to commit to a minimum of 10 consultation sessions per week.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients in a compassionate and supportive manner.
7. Commitment to providing individualized, client-centered care that addresses the root causes of mental incapacitation.
8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate client schedules.
9. Passion for holistic wellness and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing mental incapacitation.
