Mercuria, a global leader in commodity trading, is seeking a skilled IT professional to join our End User Experience (EUE) team. This hybrid role will support our Asia operations by addressing both advanced technical needs and general IT support requirements, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment for end-users. This position plays a crucial role in modern workplace solutions and desktop support.

The Role
- Provide 3rd line technical support for end-user and modern workplace technologies.
- Support desktop-related issues on Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and various trading platforms (ICE, Eikon, Bloomberg), both onsite and remotely.
- Assist in the implementation and support of hybrid workplace solutions to enhance productivity.
- Package applications, deploy software updates, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Manage integration of SCCM/Intune, Exchange, and O365 with existing systems.
- Set up and support MS Teams video conferencing.
- Maintain IT assets inventory and dispatch incoming tickets in ServiceNow for efficient resolution.
- Assist in IT administrative tasks, including vendor liaison and mobile service applications.
- Support server room basics (AC, UPS, patch panels) and provide technical setup for company events.
- Conduct new joiner onboarding, handling software/hardware setup, upgrades, and user permissions.
- Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting guides and technical processes.
Technical qualifications and skills:
- At least 10 years of IT-related experience with an emphasis on endpoint management, hybrid workplace solutions, and general IT support.
- Familiarity with Windows 10-11, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and PowerShell.
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting, server room equipment, and Apple product support.
- Proficient in English
- Certifications in Windows, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, or SCCM are advantageous
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Independent, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in VIP support.
- Strong teamwork, stress resilience, and adaptability.
- Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
