Roles & Responsibilities

  • Triage Patients, Health declaration, Registering Patients
  • Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
  • Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
  • Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
  • Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
  • Performing administrative duties assigned by superior
  • Collating of lab results and radiology report
  • Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave
  • Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
  • Top up medications, and inventory and assist in stock-taking as required
  • Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O’ level, NITEC, Higher Nitec or Diploma holders.
  • Phlebotomy certificate with blood-taking experience
  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Preferably stay in the northeast area.
  • Must be able to commit to weekday/nights or 1 weekend morning
  • Good learning and service attitude is compulsory.
  • Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • Health Screening knowledge is an added advantage
