1.Administration
1.1 Responsible to ESH Lead and Programme Manager in all matters pertaining to the administration and programme planning of ESH On-site services.
1.2 Assist in programme scheduling, queries, setup and implementation.
2.Service Delivery
2.1 Assist the Programme Manager in programme planning and delivery which include developing / implementing activities that are evidence-informed and clinical relevance for clients and families.
2.2Provide training for and support to clients in community living, social and emotional wellbeing, physical maintenance, and vocational activities.
2.3Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients.
2.4Plan client’s training programmes and conduct pre-post surveys, 6 monthly client evaluations.
2.5Plan small group activities, updating clients’ progresses and maintaining statistics, etc.
3 Other Duties
3.1 Any other duties assigned by ESH Lead from time to time.
B) JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT
1.At least an ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level / ITE Certification from a recognised educational institution.
2.Experience in Community Service with exposure to youths/adults with disabilities is preferred.
3.Good command of spoken and written English.
4.Demonstrate a commitment to and an understanding of social inclusion as well as the values associated with promoting independence.
5.Patient, positive and passionate about working with adults with disabilities.
6.Strong commitment of care towards adults with disabilities and a positive mindset towards their development and growth.
7.Self-motivated and keen to develop professionally.
8.Efficient and responsible, both as an individual and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
9. Able to work in the weekday evenings, Saturdays and/or Sundays.
