Technical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Services Manager to lead a dynamic team of technical professionals. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering top-notch technical services, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Align organizational IT strategy with customer experience strategy, continually improving operation policies, standards, and procedures.
- Take charge of application design and development for product portfolio, contributing both hands-on work and subject matter expertise.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to guarantee code quality, maintainability, and security.
- Supervise project planning, execution, and delivery within established timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with overall business objectives.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying service improvement opportunities.
- Implement and enforce quality standards for technical deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Support sales and pre-sales by providing technology best practice guidance to prospects and clients. Collaborate in designing and presenting solutions to potential customers and assist in preparing responses to RFI/RFP.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in leading a technical team, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate toward common goals.
- Experience in Financial Services, preferably in the Financial Crime and Compliance domain.
- Strong track record in designing and delivering Enterprise solutions for Tier 1 organizations.
- Client-facing experience, building strong relationships, and effectively addressing concerns in a Consulting or Professional Services capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends to keep the team current.
