We are looking for a committed full / part time Telemarketing cum Admin Staff to start immediately.


Working Locatiojn: Ubi Avenue 4


Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9.30am-5.30pm


The Telemarketer is responsible for calling a list of potential Interior Design clients and customers to describe our B2B e-commerce platform service and get them to register with us.


Job Description:

• Making telephone calls (cold callings) to a list of current or potential customers

• Proposing our B2B e-commerce platform for hardware sales and benefits in a detailed and persuasive manner

• Generating leads and appointments for in-Josue events

• Maintaining potential customer contacts and record useful information

• Assist customers to register online as well as fulfilling sales orders online


Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

• Proficient in English

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Persistent and results-oriented

• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
