VP Technology Legal, International Bank

A leading global bank is looking to hire IT lawyer to add to the existing team. You will be responsible for the following
- Advising, counseling, structuring and negotiating technology, outsourcing and intellectual property-related transactions and will provide legal support for the firm's core technology / engineering and strategic sourcing divisions and for the firm's contracting initiatives in Asia Pacific.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts with various external service providers and consultants, including technology agreements, SaaS, software, data and content licensing, professional services agreements. intellectual property arrangements, corporate services, operations, security, tax and audit engagement letters.
- Review and advise on laws and developments in law related to technology and cybersecurity.
- Review and advise on data privacy and intellectual property related matters, in collaboration with divisional and other specialist lawyers.
Qualified lawyer with 3- 7 years PQE working currently in an international law firm or international bank. Experienced managing technology / IT contracts and agreements. Ability to draft and review contracts in Mandarin is a must.
